Organic STALIN JAM Green unripe walnut jam from Caucasus
I cook homemade walnut jam, collected on the Black Sea coast. Our jam is very tasty, the jar is full of nuts. I collect nuts at the end of May, when they are still soft and unhardened. They are eaten whole and without residue because the shell, the partitions are still in their germ.
I cook in a special way, the result is a unique natural product. By consuming green walnuts, the body absorbs all the nutrients from partitions and shells.
